This plug-in uses the basic authentication method so you do not need an API key .
1) Your username is your Admin Zendesk account email.
2) Your password is your Admin Zendesk account password.
3) yourworkspace (path) is your work space name in the URL i.e., https://[yourworkspace].zendesk.com

Most of the API calls use [userid] as an input, we strongly recommend creating a data field in your User data type to store the Zendesk user id. It is automatically generated upon account creation using our Create End-User workflow and called “body user id”.


**To set your users passwords, you will need to have a paid subscription to Zendesk.
