Firstly, I am looking to have user management where I can manually control or add the word or token consumption for my users. Can you please guide me on how to do that? Secondly, I am interested in having access to my users' documentation, including what they have written and received. Can you please provide me with information on how to access these documents? My third question is about adding a referral marketing plan for my users. How can I do that? Lastly, I am wondering how my users can send an audio or voice message and receive a response based on their prompt. Can you please explain how this can be done? Thank you again for providing such a fantastic template. Please keep in mind that I am a designer with limited coding skills, so please explain everything as simply as possible.

So I just installed this AI Dashboard/ai writer template and gotta say, it's a pretty solid starting point. It's got a lot of cool features that make it easy to get started with building your own AI writer, which is great. But here's the thing - the customer support is a total letdown. When I ran into an issue with the template, I tried to reach out to customer support for some help, but they never got back to me. Like, not even a little bit. So I had to figure everything out on my own, which was kind of frustrating. Overall, I'd give this service 2 out of 5 stars. The AI writer template is decent, but without good customer support, it's hard to recommend it. If you're already familiar with Bubble.io and don't need much help, the template might work for you. But if you're a total newbie or want some actual support, you might want to look elsewhere.
