Nathan is a web developer who has been assisting businesses to grow their online presence for over seven years. Tell us about your app and what it does.
Levin is an agency that empowers small businesses to enable them to use the power of the web. Our platform enables businesses within any budget to get a professionally made website and also professional graphic design. We also offer Digital Presence training which provides businesses with the necessary knowledge to succeed online.
How does your app work?
Thanks to Bubble, our sign-up process is as simple as possible for our clients and allows us to focus more on our client’s success. Once selecting a service on our website, the client is brought to a portal where they will be able to speak one on one with their professional web developer or graphic designer, as well as share any relevant files and other inputs to ensure that the project comes out exactly as they want.
Once the project is done, the portal turns into an area where they can access helpful links to manage their website, submit support tickets, request more graphic designs, or jump into the Digital Presence training to learn how to manage and grow their presence online.
We’ve found that having a central place for all client communication, and a custom-tailored signup process, allows us to complete the project faster than our competitors while also ensuring the client is up to date and satisfied with every step along the way.
Tell us a little about your background and how you discovered no-code tools like Bubble.
I am a web developer who has been assisting businesses to grow their online presence for over seven years. In the past, my team and I have been managing clients and projects from email, as that’s been the industry standard within similar businesses. However, after building a client’s project in Bubble, we knew Bubble was different as we could have a functional application up and running in no time.
Thanks to the no-code tools provided by Bubble, Levin can build new processes faster and easier to enable us to focus more on our clients and their experience.
Why did you build your app on Bubble?
There is a real balancing act between focusing your time on your business/process and spending your time with your clients. While an outside team could be hired, this defeats the purpose of Levin, and the other traditional platforms do not provide the flexibility needed to complete a project like Levin in-house.
Bubble is the perfect middle ground and enables us to focus on our clients. When we notice services that are in demand but that we do not currently perform or accommodate, we can quickly build out the tools that would enable us to help ensure we are assisting our clients in succeeding. No longer do we need to lower our margins or raise our prices, which would come with the cost of hiring a third party company, or have to focus away from the clients to build out the same tools at the expense of significantly greater investments of time and money.
What have been your milestones or successes so far?
As we just finished our beta launch with great feedback, we are excited to grow and offer our services elsewhere. In addition, we found our average development time went from three to four weeks to less than one week! This accomplishment is enabling Levin to expand and enhance the satisfaction of our clients and the number of projects that we can accommodate at any given time.
What are your next steps or future plans for your app?
Many feature requests came out of our beta launch, which we are excited to look into. An example is including Google Analytics insights within the Levin portal itself which would allow for faster and easier access to important details for our clients.
We are also putting the final touches on our Digital Presence training which will walk businesses through the necessary steps of growing and managing their online presence. We can’t wait to release this very soon.
