bro how can i enable the publish botton

Hello, I have been using your template and its been good so far. but I do have a few problems, so when a user posts a discussion it should bring them to the home page, which it does. But when I go back to my account is doesn't show that the user posted a discussion. So users cannot see the discussions they have posted for some reason. Is there a way this?
