Quickly create browser push notifications that include a title and an optional message/image.

This plugin is fully supported by modern browsers (Chrome/Safari/Firefox/Edge) and partially supported by older browsers.

iOS does not support browser push notifications as of May 2020 (https://onesignal.com/blog/the-state-of-ios-web-push-in-2020/), so this plugin will NOT work for iOS devices (iPad, iPhone, etc).
