Warning - the streaming plugin exposes under the covers the ElevenLabs token. What this means is that users need to be authenticated sufficiently to have visibility of your ElevenLabs token.
Internal users are probably fine, but general public users are probably a security issue.
I have contacted ElevenLabs explaining this and advised how other API's better secure their service by issuing expiring temp tokens. (that you request in an authenticated way). I hope that ElevenLabs add this to their API so it can be used more openly. When they do I will adapt the plugin.

This plugin does not collect or track your personal data.
1. Add the plugin
2. Put your Elevenlabs key in to the plugin settings 3. Add the Plugin element on your page.
4. Select a voice (or leave with the default) 5. Input some text that you wish to synthesise the action "Start" send the text off to be synthesised in the requested voice 6. Now you can use the player controls 7. optionally use the default media player as controls

This plugin does most of what I needed, but there were a couple of tweaks that would make it exactly what I needed. Thanks to Lindsay at Knowcode for turning around the update within minutes of seeing my post. Very much appreciated! And the plugin and developer are highly recommended.
