An implementation of Elevenlabs streaming text-to-voice streaming API.
https://api.elevenlabs.io/docs#/text-to-speech/Text_to_speech_v1_text_to_speech__voice_id__stream_postWarning - the streaming plugin exposes under the covers the ElevenLabs token. What this means is that users need to be authenticated sufficiently to have visibility of your ElevenLabs token.
Internal users are probably fine, but general public users are probably a security issue.
I have contacted ElevenLabs explaining this and advised how other API's better secure their service by issuing expiring temp tokens. (that you request in an authenticated way). I hope that ElevenLabs add this to their API so it can be used more openly. When they do I will adapt the plugin.
