I recommend you copy from the example app - you can copy from one Bubble app to another.
Use the exposed return value "Debug" with caution in Client Side workflows as it contains your Auth Token. Only tune on "debug" when you need it. There is not the same risk with Backend workflows or storing debug in Tables with the appropriate Privacy Rules.
